Head of Client Success and Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Client Success and Delivery to lead our team of Account Managers in providing exceptional service to our global clients. As the Director of Client Engagement, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or data analytics, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think logically and develop creative solutions.
- Strong project management and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier engineering or business college.
$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
