Job Title: Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at ColorTokens Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer management, business consultancy, and technology skills.

About the Role:

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving long-term success and adoption of our products. You will act as the primary interface to our customers, providing problem resolution and escalations in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the lifecycle of client health, including onboarding, value realization, and renewal, while spearheading further adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the lifecycle of client health, including onboarding, value realization, and renewal
• Spearhead further adoption of our products
• Act as the primary interface to our customers, providing problem resolution and escalations in a timely manner
• Identify at-risk opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to build and enact solutions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong mix of relationship management, analytical, business, and technical skills
• Delivery-related experience preferably in the Cybersecurity/SaaS/hi-tech products
• Ability to internalize product offerings and discuss solutions, benefits, and trade-offs with enterprise customers
• Excellent organization and project management capability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver effective presentations, group facilitation, and one-on-one consultation

Salary Range: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum (depending on location and experience)
