About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can oversee the entire sales process, from identifying new market opportunities to closing deals. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior team members to identify and manage risks, maintain strong relationships with clients, and address their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales processes and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the organization by promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. KK Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
