Job Summary
KellyOCG is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and driving strategic recruitment initiatives.

About the Role
This role involves managing a team of 5 – 20 recruiters, depending on client requirements. You will be responsible for anticipating needs and allocating recruiting resources to ensure excellent customer service to HR and hiring managers. Your goal will be to exceed both financial and recruiting goals/service level agreements (SLAs) for your area of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, RLS, and associate recruiters.
• Anticipate needs and allocate recruiting resources and requisition loads to ensure high-level customer service to HR and hiring managers.
• Monitor and measure client satisfaction to respond to escalated concerns and prevent future issues.
• Act as a consultative business partner by knowing the labor market and client industry to provide exceptional recruitment consulting strategies across multiple talent pools.
• Coach and counsel recruiters on sourcing techniques, recruitment strategy, process administration, and consultative ability.
• Develop the recruiting team into expert consultants and inspire them to exceed targets in a metric-driven environment.
• Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 10-15 years of experience in sourcing/recruiting/talent acquisition, including proactive/passive sourcing. Corporate recruiting, RPO recruiting, or agency/executive search recruiting experience is beneficial.
• Solid business knowledge in multiple industries and effective business acumen at all levels within a client organization.
• Experience working in LEAN operating culture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense work environment and adapt to constant changes and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation skills.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
