Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience in hiring for non-IT commercial roles, to support and deliver our client's talent needs. The role involves leading and managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, driving overall performance to agreed KPIs and SLAs. The ideal candidate should have a strong foot holding into majorly hiring for completely non-IT commercial roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services. Experience in leading at least a 3-5 member team and ability to handle a volume of at least 90-100 open requisitions/roles annually are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and flexibility in a fast-moving environment are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (non-tech like sales, marketing, finance, HR, corporate functions, manufacturing etc).
  • Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry values and standards at all times.
  • Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, ensuring exceptional stakeholder management (internal & external).
  • Strategizing recruitment & hiring processes in consultation with the hiring managers, thereby acting as the first POC for all hiring requirements.
  • Manage on-site and remote teams of recruiters across India.
Requirements
  • Anywhere between 3-12 years of recruitment experience supporting manufacturing clients.
  • Experience in hiring for non-IT roles like commercial (75% sales roles), corporate functions, HR, finance, regulatory affairs, marketing, legal & compliance, supply chain, plant heads, logistics, R&D etc.
  • Demonstrated success in both recruitment delivery capacity as well as team management experience within in-house recruitment / RPO / Agency would be preferred.
Location and Salary

This role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, and comes with a competitive salary package of ₹15,00,000 per annum, inclusive of fixed and variable components.
