We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us attract top talent for various roles within our organization.
Job Description:
As an Executive Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process for Ridhira Group. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring that the recruitment process is seamless, efficient, and effective.
You will play a critical role in building a diverse and talented team to deliver exceptional spa services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the spa, including therapists, front desk staff, customer service, and administrative positions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to find potential candidates.
- Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate in-person interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with Ridhira Group.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's presence as an employer of choice by promoting Ridhira Group's culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint through the hiring process, providing feedback and updates in a timely manner.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including pre-employment paperwork, orientation, and training.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for service industry roles (preferably in wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sectors).
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
