Job Summary:
The Axis Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead client acquisitions and develop strong relationships with high net worth clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex client situations and providing tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new high net worth clients through referrals and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular engagements and risk profiling.
- Provide customized financial solutions to clients, including banking products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement investment products aligned to client needs.
- Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
- Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduation/Post graduation from a recognized institute.
- 6-10 years of experience managing high net worth clients.
Role Proficiencies:
The candidate should possess:
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to manage complex client situations.
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the local language.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good networking and relationship building skills.
