Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves understanding client needs, preferences, and goals, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value and address challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong relationship management abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to understand and address client needs effectively, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of educational services and offerings, with the capacity to articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the education or related industry.
