Job Title: Expert IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT talent acquisition specialist to join our team at Oremda Infotech Inc. This role involves managing the recruitment and placement of IT consultants on projects, maximizing bench utilization, and maintaining key client and vendor relationships.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in bench sales and IT staffing, with a solid understanding of the US staffing market. You should also possess comprehensive knowledge of IT and software development roles, and familiarity with contract types (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization (OPT, H1B, GC, USC).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bench Sales and Marketing:
- Actively market and place bench consultants, including software engineers, developers, analysts, and other IT professionals, to staffing partners, end clients, and direct clients.
- Develop marketing strategies tailored to each consultant's skills to improve placement success.
- Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, and established networks to identify and reach out to potential clients.

2. Vendor and Client Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Engage in regular communication with vendors and clients to understand their needs and offer suitable candidates.
- Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and conditions with clients and vendors, ensuring optimal terms for both consultants and the company.

3. Consultant Management and Support:
- Regularly update bench consultants on potential opportunities and support them through the interview and onboarding process.
- Prepare consultants for client interviews by providing relevant information and coaching on presentation skills.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with client requirements and company policies.

4. Networking and Lead Generation:
- Utilize personal networks and participate in industry events to generate new leads and maintain awareness of market trends.
- Actively grow the company's client base through referrals, social media engagement, and targeted outreach efforts.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with consultants, clients, and vendors.
- Generate and submit regular reports on sales activities, bench status, and market trends to senior management.

- The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
