About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to drive long-term success and adoption of our Cybersecurity solutions. As the primary interface to our clients, you will oversee the lifecycle and all aspects of client health, including onboarding, value realization, and renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings, presenting product training, data analysis, strategic business reviews, and additional engagement modules.
- Identify at-risk opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to build and enact solutions.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to create best-in-class service for all clients.
- Travel within or outside India and work with clients in their time zones as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong mix of relationship management, analytical, business, and technical skills.
- Delivery-related experience in Cybersecurity/SaaS/hi-tech products.
- Ability to internalize product offerings and discuss solutions with enterprise customers.
- Excellent organization and project management capability.
- Experience using Salesforce and other CS tools.
