Job DescriptionThis role focuses on overseeing operations and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central and be familiar with various tools such as Seller Central, Helium10, keyword research, and Amazon PPC advertising.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Oversee client milestone progress, monitor pain points, and lead retention efforts.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to clients' strategies.
- Ensure client requirements are met and tasks are completed within timelines.
The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, be comfortable with technology, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible working hours and considerable autonomy over projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Client calls and communication to grow sales on Amazon.
- Project management, including task assignment and completion tracking.
- Client onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Regular monitoring and reporting on client performance and goal achievement.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, 401(k) with up to 4% employer match after 12 months of employment, health benefits, unlimited paid time off, and 7 paid company holidays.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central.
- Familiarity with various tools such as Seller Central, Helium10, keyword research, and Amazon PPC advertising.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
