Job Description

This role focuses on overseeing operations and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central and be familiar with various tools such as Seller Central, Helium10, keyword research, and Amazon PPC advertising.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Oversee client milestone progress, monitor pain points, and lead retention efforts.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to clients' strategies.
  • Ensure client requirements are met and tasks are completed within timelines.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, be comfortable with technology, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible working hours and considerable autonomy over projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Client calls and communication to grow sales on Amazon.
  • Project management, including task assignment and completion tracking.
  • Client onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Regular monitoring and reporting on client performance and goal achievement.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, 401(k) with up to 4% employer match after 12 months of employment, health benefits, unlimited paid time off, and 7 paid company holidays.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with various tools such as Seller Central, Helium10, keyword research, and Amazon PPC advertising.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
