Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Marketplace Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Ruhe, India's leading digital brand in kitchen and bathroom fittings. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing ROI on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to boost product discoverability, sales, and profitability on Amazon.
  • Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Leverage advanced tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to monitor sales rank, market trends, and product performance.
Advertising Campaign Management
  • Design, launch, and refine Sponsored Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
  • Use data-driven bidding strategies and automation tools to optimize ROAS and reduce ACOS.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and make adjustments to improve targeting and efficiency.
Full-Funnel Sales Execution
  • Integrate advertising efforts with overarching full-funnel sales strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and audience needs.
Competitive Analysis
  • Perform competitor analyses to identify pricing trends and position products effectively in the market.
  • Utilize tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to monitor sales rank, market trends, and product performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Measure key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates to inform optimization strategies.
  • Build and manage custom dashboards using Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central, and Data Studio to share actionable insights with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and ROI. They should possess expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, and Amazon Brand Analytics, as well as advanced knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa. Strong analytical and strategic skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics are essential for this role.
