**Job Title:** Senior Sales Growth Manager

**Company Overview:** At Staffing Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Growth Manager to lead our sales team in driving growth and revenue across India. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 (USD 15,000 - 22,500) depending on experience.

**Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships within the agricultural sector. Your role will involve managing a sales team, strategizing sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across India.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector, specifically in fertilizers or related products.
