Agro Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agro Business Growth Manager to join our team at Skep IT Systems. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Fruit and Vegetable supply chain industry.
About the Role:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities by offering our SAAS solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Penetration: Strategically drive market expansion by targeting new clients within the agro sector and growing our presence in existing markets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor sales performance, KPIs, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on agro products, particularly in the Fruit and Vegetable sector.
- Prior experience in selling SAAS solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding client portfolios in the agro products or food industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key decision-makers.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.
