Supply Chain Sales and Marketing Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Sales and Marketing Expert to join our team at Skep IT Systems. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Fruit and Vegetable supply chain industry.

About the Role:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities by offering our SAAS solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Penetration: Strategically drive market expansion by targeting new clients within the agro sector and growing our presence in existing markets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor sales performance, KPIs, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on agro products, particularly in the Fruit and Vegetable sector.
  • Prior experience in selling SAAS solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding client portfolios in the agro products or food industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum.
