Agro Products Sales and Business Growth Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Fruit and Vegetable industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our presence in the agro sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on agro products, particularly in the Fruit and Vegetable sector.
- Prior experience in selling SAAS solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding client portfolios in the agro products or food industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key decision-makers.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
