Job Description:

As a Sales Growth Manager at Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships within the agricultural sector. Your role will involve managing a sales team, strategizing sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across India.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 12,00,000 - ₹ 18,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  2. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector, specifically in fertilizers or related products.
  • Strong understanding of the agriculture industry and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
