About the Role

We seek an experienced Assistant Manager: Media Sales to join our team. As a Senior Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust revenue pipeline by developing strong relationships with advertisers, ad agencies, and business partners.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, including crafting compelling sales pitches, closing new business, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize inventory utilization and return on investment (ROI).
  • Pursue account development opportunities to secure long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate prospecting and targeting systems, providing regular pipeline reports to management.
  • Contribute to designing innovative advertising packages that capitalize on revenue opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Drive results in a fast-paced environment using creative approaches and strategic vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales and Marketing from a reputable institution, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in online media sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building local connections with clients and agencies in Lucknow and Kanpur regions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for identifying new business opportunities.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated media sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales revenue targets.
  • Passion for sales, strong media relationships, and understanding of local media market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with internet media space, search engines, online advertising, and related business models.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of management and with external partners.
  • Capability to work under pressure, meet targets, manage time efficiently, and possess numerical proficiency.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
