This full-time on-site role for a Sales Growth Strategist at Eastern Book Company in Lucknow entails identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies for growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling, and other sources.
  2. Create and close new business opportunities for the company.
  3. Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  4. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  5. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  6. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  7. Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
  8. Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately ₹10,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
