Associate Manager Sales - Agri Input Fertilizer

As an Associate Manager Sales for Agri Input Fertilizer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships within the agricultural sector. Your role will involve managing a sales team, strategizing sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across India.

Sales Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry and market dynamics.

Team Management
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales performance.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is required, and MBA preferred.

Market Analysis
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

This role requires minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector, specifically in fertilizers or related products.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
