Company Overview: Staffing Solutions is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to providing top talent to the agricultural industry. We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Director to drive business expansion and lead our sales team in India.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience.
Job Description:
Achieving Sales Growth: As a Sales Growth Director for Agri Input Fertilizer at Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue across India. This role involves analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership: You will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, providing coaching, training, and support to enhance their sales performance.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector. Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns, and collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of product offerings with market demands.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards in all sales activities, staying updated on changes in agricultural policies and regulations that may affect the business.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector, specifically in fertilizers or related products. Strong understanding of the agriculture industry and market dynamics. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively across India as required.
