Job Overview
At Thoughtwater Consulting, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Business Development and Growth to lead our Lead Generation efforts in the US markets.
About the Role
- This highly motivated individual will be responsible for managing all forms of demand generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, referrals, and other initiatives to drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and developing new business strategies, with a focus on aggressively cold calling potential clients to develop high-level relationships.
- Key responsibilities include pitching services such as e-commerce, web, and software application development, conducting market research to identify new clients and convert leads into prospects, and adhering to lead generation targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- This role requires strong coordination skills to work effectively with Marketing and Sales teams to reach decision-makers.
Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
