Lead Generation Manager
Company OverviewThoughtwater Consulting is a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Business Development Director to spearhead our Lead Generation efforts.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our demand generation activities, focusing on maximizing lead generation in the US markets. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing innovative campaigns to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into prospects.
About the Role- Responsible for all forms of demand generation activity - cold calling, email campaign, LinkedIn social media, referrals, and other forms of Demand Generation in US markets.
- Develop and execute aggressive cold calling strategies to establish high-level relationships with potential clients.
- Pitch services such as e-commerce, web, and software application development.
- Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities and convert leads into prospects.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to effectively reach out to decision-makers.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in demand generation, preferably in the US market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using various marketing tools and technologies.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
