Job Title: International Sales Director - Semiconductor Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a self-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with expertise in the Semiconductor Industry to join our team at Digital Business People. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Meet sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, tailoring solutions for client needs, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Focus on South East Asia, particularly Singapore and Malaysia, to establish long-term partnerships and achieve revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution, share best practices, and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 6-8 years of experience in the semiconductor and/or testing domains, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • South East Asia Expertise: Prior experience in South East Asia, particularly Singapore and Malaysia, is highly preferred.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Singapore after an initial stint in Lucknow.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
