We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Home Bazaar. As Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, driving business growth, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Your primary objective will be to manage the sales team, provide guidance and support, and ensure they meet their targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering market intelligence, identifying trends, and implementing effective solutions to stay ahead of the competition.

You will be working closely with the management team to develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and monitor progress. Your expertise in leadership, strategic planning, team management, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation will be crucial in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Developing and executing sales plans to drive business growth
* Managing the sales team, providing guidance, and support
* Gathering market intelligence and identifying trends
* Implementing effective solutions to stay ahead of the competition

Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
