AirTEL is seeking a highly motivated Regional Territory Sales Manager to lead the East Operations team in driving sales growth and strengthening our distribution network.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing DTH Selling Outlets in their assigned territory, ensuring availability of recharge services, understanding market demographics, and developing targeted sales strategies. Additionally, they will drive basic distribution and hygiene parameters, ensure brand visibility through merchandising activities, and handhold installation teams to ensure compliance with policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing market trends and customer segments to inform sales strategy
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to meet business objectives
  • Liaising with installation teams to ensure timely resolutions of issues
  • Managing partner relationships to drive upselling opportunities
Requirements:
  • Full-time graduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • Minimum 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in Telecom/FMCG
  • Strong analytical, consultation, facilitation, negotiation, and selling skills
  • Leadership and people management skills, as well as basic computer literacy
Compensation Package:

We offer an estimated salary range of ₹8-14 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Airtel provides a comprehensive benefits package, including performance-based incentives, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
