About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institute Relations Business Development Manager to join our team at Emeritus. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned institutes, representing Eruditus and fostering strong relationships with school staff, professors, and program directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and escalate queries, issues, and escalations with internal teams on behalf of schools
  • Maintain regular touch points with school stakeholders, including MDP/LDP/CEP program directors and professors
  • Stay up-to-date on new program launches and closures, sharing updates with schools as needed
  • Analyze competitor programs and data to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree in any field (Masters preferred)
  • Prior experience working with institutes and coordinating with professors
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone handling and email writing skills, with active listening abilities
  • Knowledge of program management and development procedures
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • A customer-centric approach
