Job Overview

Carnation Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in the US. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our existing client base in the US geography.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can leverage their existing networks and relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing industry sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients and expand existing client base in the US geography
  • Leverage existing networks and relationships to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and database of potential clients
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential customers and develop sales plans to maximize revenue
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of International Client acquisition (recruitment / staffing-related requirements) experience is required in the US geography
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working with Google and Microsoft Office suites
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
