With branches in over 8 Indian cities, we publish India's leading law report, Supreme Court Cases, and the SCC Online range of databases.
Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position for a Strategic Business Growth Manager at Eastern Book Company in Lucknow. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. They will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling, and other sources.
• Create and close new business opportunities for the company.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Develop goals for the development team and ensure they are met.
• Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
Requirements
• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
