About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Growth Manager to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for new business development through lead generation, research, and relationship-building activities.

  • You will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue by at least 20% within the first six months
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and implementing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs
  3. Maintaining accurate records of all leads, including contact information, communication history, and sale status
  4. Working closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive high-quality leads and convert them into paying customers
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services, from initial consultation to post-sale support
  6. Developing and delivering presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending areas for improvement
  7. Continuously analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition
  8. Leading by example, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a results-driven approach

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong network of contacts and a keen understanding of the travel industry's nuances.
