The Role

">

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Lucknow. This full-time position will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diligently identify potential leads through networking, cold-calling, and other sources.">
  • Create and close new business opportunities for the company.">
  • Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings.">
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.">
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.">
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills.">
  • Develop goals for the development team and ensure they are met.">
  • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in business development and client relationship management.">
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.">

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
