Chatha Foods Limited, a stalwart in the Processed & Frozen Food Industry, is seeking an ambitious Strategic Business Growth Specialist to spearhead business expansion in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating key relationships with Medium to Large QSRs/CDRs and Self-dependent Distributors, driving product-wise monthly projections, and ensuring efficient stock movement from our Company to Distribution Centres (DCs). This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop knowledge about our products, pricing, and potential customer base.
  • Identify, approach, and follow up with relevant Medium to Large QSRs/CDRs customers and distributors.
  • Pitch new product ranges to existing clients.
  • Convert potential clients into loyal customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customer bases.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in BBA/B.Sc./B. Com or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of prior FMCG/HoReCa sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong integrity, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:
