Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Business Growth Professional at Eastern Book Company. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. They will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify potential leads through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources.
  • Create and close new business opportunities for the company.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
  • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.

Based on the location and the job requirements, the estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
