Senior Sales and Business Development Professional

A Plus UD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. This role will involve promoting and selling our products or services, while also developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales:
- Create value for customers by identifying their needs and providing solutions through various sales channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns that align with business goals and target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Create compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Utilize multiple marketing channels to promote products or services, including digital advertising, social media, events, and trade shows.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and influencers to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success across sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and stay updated on industry trends.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and campaign performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and track competitors' activities, pricing, and marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
