Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Motorcycle Business in Lucknow.

Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
    • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent sales performance.
    • Plan and achieve organizational goals in terms of volumes, market share, and profitability.
    • Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff.
    • Maintain infrastructure compliance with corporate identity process norms and Royal Enfield policies.
    • Foster customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling.
    • Ensure accurate MIS reporting.
    • Organize rides and customer meets as per target.
    • Launch customer schemes within annual budgeted costs.
    • Implement sales promotional activities to capture optimal market shares.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and sales satisfaction indices.
    • Develop relationships with business partners - banks and financial institutions.
    • Coordinate new and used vehicle supply and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (Mechanical) or Masters of Business Administration in Sales/Marketing/Finance.
  • Experience: 4+ years in a similar role in sales or business development capacity.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹10-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
