Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Business Specialist to join our team in Lucknow. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of our business while serving as the face of our company to external stakeholders. We need a sharp, persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of human psychology, capable of managing internal team dynamics and driving business growth through strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the psychological dynamics of customers, marketing, and sales teams, and vendors to anticipate needs, concerns, and motivations.
  • Using NLP techniques, design engaging content for sales, marketing, and end-users. Utilize psychological analysis to understand customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
  • Strategically navigate conversations to secure significant business development opportunities.
  • Travel within Lucknow as needed with the team to engage with potential customers and close deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A completed or pursuing degree in Arts, Psychology, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, combining psychological expertise with business development.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A sharp, analytical mind with a street-smart attitude.
