About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Lucknow, India. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top-tier universities and institutions across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our institutional partners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate program launches, promotions, and other initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with school administrators, professors, and staff, staying up-to-date on new program developments and competitor offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor programs to identify opportunities for business growth and inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with our business development team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any field (Masters preferred)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with program management and development procedures
