Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Lucknow, India. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top-tier universities and institutions across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our institutional partners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate program launches, promotions, and other initiatives that drive business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with school administrators, professors, and staff, staying up-to-date on new program developments and competitor offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor programs to identify opportunities for business growth and inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with our business development team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field (Masters preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with program management and development procedures
