Regional Sales Director for Equipment Finance

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead our equipment finance sales efforts in Lucknow and Dehradun. This role is critical to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and executing plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience in high-ticket sales (minimum ₹1 crore) and knowledge of SME equipment finance are essential requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve target sales figures in the region.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10-20 years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment finance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
