Sales Growth Specialist

Magicleaf is a brand of 100% Natural, Zero/Lower Calorie Stevia based food & beverage products. Our goal is to provide healthy alternatives to traditional sweets while ensuring great taste and health benefits.
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to lead our sales growth efforts in the Lucknow region.
The ideal candidate will have strong business planning and sales skills, with experience in account management, channel partner management, and negotiation. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing sales growth strategies for Magicleaf products through onboarding with quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Swiggy, Blinkit), managing inventory planning for Amazon and e-commerce platforms, and direct sales to sweet shop owners and gifting brand owners.
- Partnering with dark stores and creating cloud kitchen listings in multiple cities.
A competitive salary range for this position is ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
