Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Skep IT Systems. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding client portfolios in the Fruit and Vegetable supply chain industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Fruit and Vegetable supply chain industry
  • Bld and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific business needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on agro products, particularly in the Fruit and Vegetable sector
  • Prior experience in selling SAAS solutions is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding client portfolios in the agro products or food industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key decision-makers
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
