Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of retail partners, focusing on recruitment, activation, and development.

The job is located in a work-from-home/office setting, offering a competitive salary package including fixed and variable components, along with additional benefits such as PF, medical benefits, and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of retail partners to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail partners to expand the sales team.
  • Activation: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Development: Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team's continuous improvement and success.
