This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Eastern Book Company in Lucknow. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development, business communication, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to potential customers. Tailor proposals to meet customer requirements and highlight our value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
  • Strong Business Communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and professional development.
