Job Title: Business Development Executive

Overview:

As a Business Development Executive specializing in Upwork and freelance platforms, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence on these platforms and securing new business opportunities. Your role involves identifying and engaging with freelancers, bidding on relevant projects, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage profiles on Upwork, optimizing them for visibility and relevance.

Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.

Lead Generation and Bidding:

Identify potential projects and clients on Upwork that align with the company's expertise.

Craft compelling proposals, bid on relevant projects, and ensure a competitive edge in the bidding process.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on freelance platforms.

Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 1 year experience require.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on Upwork.

Familiarity with the IT industry and freelance platforms.
