Enterprise Sales Lead

As a Key Account Manager – Sales at PayU, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Enterprise Sales segment. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary interface between PayU and our Enterprise customers, providing end-to-end solutions to meet their payment needs.
- Develop and execute plans to drive onboarding of new customers and initiate spend enablement activities to increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Communicate PayU's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed about new products and competition status.
- Proactively identify business opportunities by leveraging cold calls, referrals, research, and networking within the zone.
- Responsible for driving revenue growth, aiming to achieve monthly or annual sales targets.
- Open to travel as required by the company.
- Easily collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment with high energy levels.
- Collaborative working style, able to work effectively in a team environment.
