Job Description

As an IT Services Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to potential customers. You will work closely with our sales team to design customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each prospect, ensuring seamless alignment between our services and their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored solutions that address the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that outline the value proposition, pricing, and terms of the proposed solution.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate the needs and requirements of potential customers to determine their level of interest and fit with our services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry competition, and service industry developments to effectively position our services against competitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of prior paid experience in a pre-sales role with a strong understanding of IT services.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, including the industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and development.
