Job Description

The ServiceNow practice at Staffing Ninja offers a challenging opportunity for a Pre-Sales Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving RfPs through their entire lifecycle. Your work will involve collaborating with Geo leaders to drive deals forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow landscape and solutions for RfXs.
  • Effort estimate solutions based on customer requirements and create solution overviews, pricing plans, and contingencies.
  • Document proposals and SOWs in a standard format or according to customer requirements.
  • Conduct review calls with the Pre-Sales head and Geo leaders to discuss solutions, pricing, contingency plans, and proposals/SOWs.
  • Prepare presentations and demonstrations for customers, showcasing the solution and its benefits.
  • Separate review presentations for large deals involving ServiceNow, targeted at internal senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze ServiceNow licensing landscapes and prepare license estimates based on customer requests/requirements.
  • Provide Managed Services or Time & Material estimates for the ServiceNow landscape, both for implemented and inherited solutions.
  • Determine resource allocation based on project requirements, including dedicated vs. shared resources, onsite vs. offshore arrangements, etc.
  • Maintain all relevant documents, spreadsheets, and presentations within the central repository for audit purposes.
  • Participate in larger IT deals where ServiceNow is the chosen platform and prepare effort estimates accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of overall experience, with at least 4-5 years in Pre-Sales and Solutions.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple regions, cultures, and complex solutions.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and deliver quality results, structured and methodical approach.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow Sales Accreditation Certifications, ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations, and ServiceNow Micro-Certifications are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
