We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team at Qode. As a key member of our pre-sales organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales teams, partners, and customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales engineering and solution designing, with experience working with similar products in the Video Security & Surveillance Industry. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and installations to customers and partners.
You will also work closely with our sales organization to provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and answering project-related questions. Additionally, you will help qualify tenders to select projects and continuously keep your technical knowledge up-to-date on the latest products.
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will develop written pre-sales material of a technical nature, including articles and PowerPoint presentations (including case studies). You will also conduct partner trainings and solution seminars to increase awareness and knowledge transfer.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- An engineering graduate degree (BE/BTECH) in computer science or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in pre-sales/solution designing/product support for similar products.
- Experience in the Video Security & Surveillance Industry is an added advantage.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
