Pre-sales and Solution Design Professional

Job Summary
We're seeking a seasoned Pre-sales and Solution Design Professional to join our team at Telesistant. This role involves providing effective Sourcing and Supply Chain Tech solutions to our enterprise prospects, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and business challenges.
About the Role
This Pre-sales and Solution Design Professional will be pivotal in advancing our sales efforts by developing compelling solution propositions that address customer needs, clearly articulating the unique value proposition and quantifiable benefits of our solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Support: Be a Subject-matter expert in domain, industry, product, and processes; work at the cutting edge of the product as a liaison with prospective clients, industry competitors, and internal functions.
- Pre-sales Support: Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and contribute to the development of sales tactics; engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Solution Design and Consulting: Engage with Customers to understand their business challenges and objectives; collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape solutions that align with customer needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of supply chain domain experience;
- A minimum of 2 years of Management/Technology Consulting experience (client-facing role);
- Strong project & time management skills, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
