Key Culinary Leader

At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a visionary leader to craft our beverage experience. As a Key Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative drink menus that showcase our brand's personality. You will lead by example, creating exceptional cocktails that align with our luxury standards.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Beverage Strategist to join our pre-opening team. You will play a key role in shaping our bar experience, ensuring it exceeds guest expectations. Your leadership, creativity, and drive for excellence will make our guests return for more.
Responsibilities:
- • Provide direction and guidance to the bar team, fostering a positive work environment. • Develop and implement new cocktail recipes, aligning with our brand identity and trends. • Train bartenders on mixing techniques, presentation standards, and unique recipes. • Collaborate with management to update the cocktail menu, ensuring consistency and quality. • Work closely with the kitchen team to create harmonious drinks and food pairings. • Conduct regular inspections of the bar area and equipment, ensuring smooth operations. • Oversee cash handling procedures, register reconciliation, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- • Previous experience as Head Bartender with strong spirits knowledge. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
