Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at The St. Regis, Mumbai. As a senior culinary operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food-related functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, including room service, banquets, and in-room dining.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, continuously improving menus and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a sous chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Degree in hospitality management or culinary arts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
